Villa Ginger is one of three private luxury holiday rental villas in a quiet convenient location within walking distance of the many restaurants and shops in Rawai and Nai Harn plus within a few minutes drive of the beaches.
Each of the villas have three en suite bedrooms sleeping 6 people and private pools, perfect for families or couples looking for a affordable secure private villa for their vacations on the tropical island of Phuket.
The villas are serviced properties with twice a week maid service and private airport transfers included.
The owner takes great care to ensure guests are well looked after and consequently receives excellent reviews.

Accommodation consists of a living, dining and kitchen area and three en suite bedrooms all on one level.
The living room has patio doors opening out onto a covered terrace with sunbeds and outside dining table. A flat screen 42″ TV with satellite channels and DVD player are provided, the indoor dining table seats six people and the western kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, blender, plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.
All three bedrooms have king size beds, wardrobes, en suite shower rooms and doors opening out onto the pool terrace. Each one has air conditioning and fans.
There is also a separate study room which can be used as a small bedroom or storage for long term guests.
Outside is a large covered terrace with dining table, perfect for al fresco dining, and a 8 x 4 salt water chlorinated swimming pool. Sun beds and swing chair and there is also a fourth shower room.
The maid will come in twice a week to change the linen and towels including pool towels.
One private return airport transfer is included as well as a Welcome Pack of coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, eggs, fruit platter and water.
A safe is also provided.
