A luxury four bedroom sea view villa with private pool located within a secure estate at the north end of Patong beach.
Villa Isa is a two storey holiday rental villa with a spacious open plan living area and four en suite bedrooms.
Views from the large terrace are exceptional and the villa is close to the estate facilities which include a Clubhouse, Sauna, Gym and large communal swimming pool.
Daily maid service is included.

Accommodation comprises of living, dining and kitchen area and four en suite bedrooms.
The large open plan living area has sofas, 42″ plasma TV, DVD player, and sound system.
The western kitchen comes with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, wine fridge, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
You can chose to dine indoors at the 8 seater table or outside on the terrace to take in the views.
The four bedrooms are on the lower level and include two master suites with king size beds and luxury bathrooms with whirlpool baths plus a third bedrooms with twin beds and fourth with bunk beds sleeping 8 people in total. One master suite has its own private terrace.
Outside the plunge pool has a jacuzzi and sun beds are provided.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are included.

Patong offers everything from copy flip-flops (or thongs) to brand names.
From the beach road with its masses of little stalls selling Thai trinkets or copy designer handbags to Jungceylon Mall with its brand name shops and Robinsons Department Store prices are not as low as they used to be but you can still find a bargain and many items are cheaper than at home.
You can also find Art Galleries and again have your favourite artist copied in whatever colours you want. Local crafts can be found and a good source are the hotel shops, prices are higher but the items are normally genuine. Larger items can be shipped home.
Bartering is standard at the stalls and markets but fixed in the Mall.
Food and spices can be found in the markets and also the Big C Supermarket.
