Part of a secluded estate you are still within minutes of the beach plus the many shops, restaurants and nightlife of Patong.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you require and comes with daily maid service, daily cook and English speaking manager.

Accommodation comprises of a living room, open plan dining kitchen and five large bedrooms set over three storeys.
The living room has comfortably sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and folding doors opening onto a large balcony with outdoor furniture.
The modern western kitchen has all necessary appliances, cooking equipment and dining area.
Two master bedrooms come with flat screen TV’s home theatre systems and jacuzzis. All bedrooms have air conditioning, fans, en suite facilities and access to a large balcony with wonderful views.
Outside is a private salt water swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and sea views. Pool towels are provided.

Patong offers everything from copy flip-flops (or thongs) to brand names.
From the beach road with its masses of little stalls selling Thai trinkets or copy designer handbags to Jungceylon Mall with its brand name shops and Robinsons Department Store prices are not as low as they used to be but you can still find a bargain and many items are cheaper than at home.
You can also find Art Galleries and again have your favourite artist copied in whatever colours you want. Local crafts can be found and a good source are the hotel shops, prices are higher but the items are normally genuine. Larger items can be shipped home.
Bartering is standard at the stalls and markets but fixed in the Mall.
Food and spices can be found in the markets and also the Big C Supermarket.
