SPACIOUS LUXURY POOL VILLA IN RAWAI
Villa Lily is a large luxury holiday rental villa in a quiet convenient location close to the many restaurants and shops in Rawai and Nai Harn plus within a few minutes drive of the beaches.
The villa has a large living and dining area opening onto the pool deck and comfortably sleeps 10 adults in five en suite bedrooms and is set around a large swimming pool.
Daily maid service, welcome pack and private airport transfers are included.

Accommodation consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area and five en suite bedrooms all on one level.
The spacious living area has patio doors opening out onto the pool terrace which has sunbeds, bar and Sala with seating. A flat screen 60″ TV with satellite channels, Sky TV and DVD player are provided, the indoor dining table seats eight people and the modern European kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, American fridge freezer, coffee machine, blender, plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking equipment. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.
Four of the large bedrooms have king size beds, wardrobes, en suite shower rooms and doors opening out onto the pool terrace. The large master bedroom suite a vaulted ceiling and a en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and steam room seating 8 people. Bedroom 5 has a king size bed, wardrobes and en suite shower room. The sixth bedroom is at the side of the villa and has two single beds, wardrobes and en suite shower room. Each one has air conditioning and fans.
Outside is a large terrace with fully equipped bar, Sala with seating and a 10 x 4 salt water chlorinated swimming pool. Sun beds and a BBQ are provided.
Daily Maid service is provided and linen and towels are changed every three days.
One private return airport transfer is included as well as a Welcome Pack of coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, eggs, fruit platter and water.
A safe is also available and there is an Alarm system fitted.
