Accommodation comprises of a large living room, formal dining room, european kitchen, entertainment room, office and reading area and 6 bedrooms in total, 5 master suites and one bedroom containing 1 single and 1 bunk bed.

On entering the villa grounds through electric gates, undercover parking for 2 vehicles is provided.  Steps lead up to double doors into the covered reception area with its magnificent view over the Laguna valley below.  This versatile space is perfect for entertaining or dining al fresco at the 8 seater dining table or relaxing with cocktails on the daybed or sofa.

From the reception area you enter the main living room with its comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player.  Walk through to the formal dining area with its large 10 seater table overlooking the infinty, 18 metre pool and Laguna Valley.  Concertina windows open into the large european kitchen complete with island breakfast bar, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and cooking equipment.  Beyond the kitchen is a large utility room with water dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs are two master bedroom suites separated by the office and reading area where you can catch up with work or relax with a book.

The Sunset Suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, separate walk in wardrobe and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower, twin sinks and separate toilet.  This bedroom has a very large private balcony with sun beds and dining sala with great views over the Andaman sea.

The Crimson Suite has a four poster king size bed, TV, separate walk in wardrobe and shower room with sink and separate toilet.  The large balcony has a sofa and chairs with views over the Laguna valley.

Villa Master Bedroom 3 is located off the reception area and has a queen size bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower, twin sinks and separate toilet.  The private balcony has a sun lounger and planters chair.  From this bedroom double doors lead to:

Villa Bedroom 4 which has a bunk and single bed, flat screen TV and DVD player.  This bedroom has separate access to the reception area and shares the en suite bathroom so suitable for children.

The Aqua Suite is located on the pool deck level and comes with a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, wardrobe and en suite shower room.

The Jade Suite is a separate annexe and has a queen size bed, TV, DVD player and en suite shower room.  The private balcony with outdoor furniture overlooks the garden and pool.

From the reception area steps lead down to the pool deck with its large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds and umbrellas overlooking the magnificent 18 metre infinity edge swimming pool.  At the end of the pool is the Bar Sala with plenty of seating at the bar or for dining.  For your entertainment there is a 50″ flat screen TV, DVD Player, Music System, Bar Games and Dart Board.  A Gas BBQ is located in this area as well as an outside shower and toilet.

On this level there is also a games room with pool table.

The villa has a small gym with state of the art running machine and weights.

Villa Oriole Layan Phuket has integrated air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, satellite TV, wifi and safe.

Amazing villa. Just as good as the photos depict in the listing. Villa is huge and well laid out – perfect for 3 couples or families wanting to stay together without being on top of each other. We loved the pool (warm and salt). Jenny was great during check-in / check-out. Fa (housekeeper) is an incredible cook and great with kids. Highly recommended.

We stayed 4 days. Pictures here was great, villas its self was even better. Daily towels, full time mate( but you dont even see her, she is handling everything before you see her),very well decorated rooms, a big pool even a smal bar and a music system next to pool. Very proffecional villa manager helping for every detail. From begining to end we feel like we are staying in a privite villa in a luxuory resort. Thanks for all Debbie, Jenny

April 2016 – Hyui

Fantastic experience – a group of us were staying here for a leaving do and we all wished we could’ve stayed longer. From point of contact with Debbie (very prompt response times, and so helpful) and Ms Jenny (the best villa concierge anyone could ask for – immediate response times, everything we asked for was provided almost immediately, from taxis to private in villa massages, she is also so cheerful and happy you can’t help but feel the same way), to the best looking after by the housekeeper Omm – who is the sweetest most helpful person and we absolutely adored her, the service was top notch and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip and stay. Thank you Villa Oriole!

The Villa is so big and swimming pool is big enough for you to stay for whole day. We have 4 family staying in this villa, we all love it so much especially Jenny was very helpful to book the excursion for us and show us all the facilities in the villas and phuket. The helper in the villa is doing very good to keep the villa clean and functional which give us memorable vacation. Don’t forget to try the in house chef Omm, she make a very delicious Thai food. Of course for Debbie, she respond all of my message very quick which make the reservation went smoothly. For sure we will come back to this villas very soon.

The villa was absolutely incredible and so big! The pool and bar area are amazing for being outside during the day-watching TV from the pool!. The staff could not do enough for us, they booked all of or taxis and transfers, restaurant bookings, even beauty therapists to come to villa for massage.
