Accommodation comprises of seven en suite bedrooms, extensive living areas and a 16 x 7 metre infinity edge salt water swimming pool.

The spacious Master Bedroom Suite overlooks the pool has a king size bed, sofa, desk, TV, walk in wardrobe and modern en suite shower room.  Large patio windows allow views over the jungle to the sea beyond.

Downstairs are 3 further bedrooms:

Bedroom Two has twin beds, TV, walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room.  Doors open onto a covered terrace with seating.

Bedroom Three has twin beds, TV, walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room.  This large bedroom also has a separate seating area and a private terrace.

Bedroom Four comes with a king size bed, seating area, TV, Fridge, built in wardrobes and en suite shower room with extra wardrobe space and a safe.  Patio doors open onto the garden area.

From the pool level a bridge takes you to three individual bedrooms, each comes with its own 8 x 3 metre swimming pool.  All have king size beds, day beds, TVs, fridges, desks, walk in wardrobes and en suite shower rooms with outside baths.  Sun beds and outside furniture is provided.

Upstairs in the main building is the living room with large comfortable sofas and doors opening onto the balcony with outdoor dining and seating options, the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Andaman sea.  A modern european kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and there is a large TV room with access to the balcony.

Finally downstairs there is a large air conditioned formal dining room seating 10 people and outside is a covered entertainment area with football table, Majong table, outdoor seating and dining table, all overlooking the pool.  There is also a small kitchen area with breakfast bar plus the Thai kitchen where staff will prepare your meals.  Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas are provided.

This villa also has an elevator to access all levels so suitable for people with limited mobility.

Undercover Parking is available for 2 to 3 cars.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has wifi connection.
