Entrance to the property is via a double car port into a large open plan living and dining area furnished in a luxurious contemporary thai style with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and dining table seating six people all overlooking the pool and garden.
The western kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, cutlery, glasses and all necessary cooking equipment and utensils.
A convenient cloakroom is also on this level.
Upstairs you will find a large 30 sqm master bedroom suite with king size bed, dressing table, walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. There is also a private balcony.
